摘　　要：目的对颅内脂肪瘤诊断要点及治疗策略进行总结.方法对1例颅内脂肪瘤病例的临床资料进行归纳分析,对新近相关学术文献进行回顾.结果患者被确诊为颅内脂肪瘤并接受长期随访.结论颅内脂肪瘤明确诊断需在完善影像学检查基础上将其与其他相似疾病鉴别,从而制定出个体化治疗方案,并进行长期随访.Objective To conclude the diagnostic key-points and the treatment strategy for intracranial lipoma. Method The clinical data of 1 case of intracranial lipoma was collected and analyzed. Meanwhile, the recent related academic reports were also reviewed. Results The patient was diagnosed with intracranial lipoma and long-term follow-up. Conclusion To be diagnosed accurately, intracranial lipoma should be distinguished from resembling diseases based on radiological examination. Then the individualized treatment strategy and long-term follow up should be carried out.
