放松训练在50例结直肠癌术后PICC留置困难患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨放松训练在结直肠癌术后PICC留置困难患者中的应用.方法结直肠癌术后225例患者置入PICC,其中出现留置困难的患者有50例,对其进行放松训练.结果应用放松训练后,成功置入PICC患者45例,成功率为90%,效果显著.结论对结直肠癌术后PICC操作过程中因紧张致留置困难患者进行放松训练,可帮助其缓解紧张心理,提高PICC置管成功率.Objective To explore the application of relaxation training in patients with PICC indwelling difficulty after the resection of colorectal cancer. Method 225 cases of colorectal cancer postoperative patients accepted PICC placement, and 50 patients suffered indwelling difficulties are used for relaxation training. Results After application of relaxation training, the PICC was successfully placed in 45 patients with indwelling, the success rate of 90%. Conclusion Relaxation training could alleviate nervous psychology in the patients with difficulty during the process of PICC placement caused bv tesion.which can improve the success rate of intubatton.
