摘  要:实验以卤水、烧碱、纯碱为原料,采用直接沉淀法,通过改变反应温度、浓度、混碱摩尔比、陈化方式等条件制备氧化镁前驱体,将前驱体在一定温度和时间下于空气气氛中煅烧,考察实验条件的变化对氧化镁堆积密度的影响。对所得氧化镁进行XRD、SEM、TG-DTG表征分析,以纯碱、烧碱为混碱制备氧化镁,当卤水与碱摩尔比1∶2,浓度比1∶2,混碱摩尔比为1∶3,60℃下反应,850℃下煅烧2.5 h制备的氧化镁堆积密度最大,约为1.527 g/m L。The magnesium oxide precursor is prepared with brine, caustic soda and sodium carbonate by direct precipitation method in the experiment, which the bulk density is investigated by changing the reaction temperature, concentration, mixing molar ratio of alkali, aging methods and so on. The morphology characteristics of magnesium oxide is analyzed by X - ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermal gravimetric analyzer(TG - DTG ). Re- search shows that bulk density is about 1. 527 g/mL, which can be got when the brine and alkali in a molar ratio of 1 : 2, the concentration in a ratio of 1 : 2, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate in a molar ratio of 1 : 3, the reaction temperature at 60 ℃, the heating temperature at 850 ℃ and heating 2 hours.
