摘　　要：为了进一步规范施工企业安全监督模式,提升安全监督的效率,在学习国外先进安全理念和近年来的研究分析基础上,将风险分析和PDCA相结合,运用到管道施工的安全监督中,提出了RPDCA的安全监督模式。结果表明,这种新型的安全监督模式可以有效提升安全监督的针对性、连续性和自我改进功能。最后借助案例分析验证了新模式的可行性和实用性。In order to standardize the safety supervision mode of construction enterprise and improve the efficiency of safety supervision, on the base of oversea working experience and academic research, the method combining risk analysis with PDCA was applied on safety supervision of pipeline construction, and finally the RPDCA safety supervision model was established. The results showed that this new model can enhance the pertinence, continuity and self-improve function on safety supervision. The feasibility and practicability of the model was verified by one practical case.
