摘 要:本文在统计分析国际重大地铁事故基础上,根据系统安全中危险源辨识原理,并充分考虑杭州地铁运营环境条件,从设备、能量、环境和人因等四方面构建F-I AHP W Model,对影响城市地铁运营安全的危险源进行分析和风险评价,找出影响城市地铁运营系统安全的薄弱环节和关键性因素,并据此提出基于EEEM的运营系统"治-控-救"安全控制体系,对进一步强化系统隐患的分析监控和消弭,有一定参考价值。Based on the statistical analysis of international major subway accident and the operating environment conditions of Hangzhou Metro, FI AHP W Model was constructed in the paper according to the principles of hazard identification system security from four aspects of equipment, energy, environment and man factors. Then hazard analysis on impact of urban subway operation safety and risk assessments were done to identify weak links and key factors affecting urban subway operation system safety. And "governance-control -rescue" safety control measurements based EEEM systems were put forward to further strengthen the monitoring system hazards analysis and to adjust operating organization and management structure. There was a certain application and reference value to make more scientific and reliable, and efficient for subway operators in this paper.
