摘　　要：随着机动车驾驶人考试需求数量的大幅度提升,传统由驾培机构包办报考模式的弊端不断地显现。驾驶人考试预约的改革问题已经迫在眉睫,建立一套基于互联网的考生考试自主预约系统已经成为社会公众迫切的需求。本文提出了一套基于互联网交通安全综合服务平台的考试预约解决方案,从各个角度完善预约流程,促进了考试的公平、公正、公开。特别是针对大批量考生抢"名额"的这种大数据量高并发访问的情况,提出了多种优化方案,解决系统的负载问题。With the increase of the number of vehicle drivers, the traditional exam appointment mode arranged by driver training institutions has a lot of disadvantages. The reform of the driver exam appointment has been imminent, so establishing an independent exam appointment online has become an urgent public demand. This paper presents a set of exam appointment of Internet traffic safety integrated service platform to change the way that students can make an appointment only by the driving school. It improves the appointment process from different aspects and promotes the examination of fairness, justice and openness. Specifically, when a large number of students make an appointment for the exam at the same, it proposes a variety of optimization for the situation that a large amount of data with high concurrent access and solves the problem of system load.
