医疗巡诊模式在尼泊尔地震救援中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的总结中国国际救援队在尼泊尔地震中的医疗救援工作,探讨医疗巡诊模式。方法通过回顾工作记录,分析此次尼泊尔地震中医疗巡诊模式的应用及特点。结果根据医疗队情况和灾区人员密集程度制订了3种医疗巡诊模式:(1)一般灾民聚集区执行全专结合巡诊模式;(2)大量灾民聚集区执行专科巡诊模式;(3)偏远山区执行全科巡诊模式。结论采用合适的医疗巡诊模式,可将有限的人员、医疗器械、药品、物资进行科学合理调配,以达到最佳医疗救治效果。Objective To investigate the medical rounds model by summarizing medical relief work of China International Search and Rescue Team in Nepal earthquake. Methods Application and characteristics of medical rounds mode in Nepal earthquake were analyzed by reviewing the work record. Results According to the conditions of medical team and population density of disaster area, three kinds of medical rounds model were formulated： （1） The combined general and speeialist medical rounds model was applied in general victims gathering area; （2） Specialist medical rounds mode was deployed in massive victims gathering area; （3） General medical rounds mode was used in remote mountainous area. Conclusions Application of the appropriate model of medical rounds, can scientifically and reasonably deploy limited personnel, medical equipment, medicine and material, in order to achieve the best medical treatment effect.
