摘  要:鉴定纽荷尔脐橙果皮光泽型突变体及其高接后代果皮蜡质成分是否存在差异,为柑橘果皮光泽型新品种的选育提供参考。以纽荷尔果皮光泽型突变体脐橙母树(突变体)和突变体脐橙枝条异地高接子一代果实(子一代)为材料,采用气质联用色谱检测两种材料果实发育过程中果皮蜡质成分差异。突变体和子一代果实发育过程中,果皮蜡质不断分泌积累,且两种材料蜡质组分一致,蜡质总量和主要蜡质种类含量没有显著差异。证明突变体脐橙果皮蜡质成分变化是基因变化引起的芽变。This study was to examine whether difference in wax composition existed between the glossy mutant of‘Newhall’ navel orange and its top-grafted offspring so as to lay the foundation for the breeding of citrus glossy variety.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) was used to detect the difference in the wax composition between the glossy mutant of‘Newhall’ navel orange and its top-grafted offspring during their fruit development.The wax on the surface of the glossy mutant and its offspring fruit accumulated continueously during the fruit development.There was no significant difference in the wax composition,total wax loads and major wax fraction amounts between the fruits of the glossy mutant and its offspring.The changes in the wax composition in the glossy mutant bud were caused by the changes in the expression of wax-related genes.
