Numerical Study for Inner Tube Enhanced Heat Transfer

摘  要:分别建立Z形周期压痕管与参考光管模型,运用CFD分析软件FLUENT进行数值模拟计算,对比分析两种模型模拟计算结果,考察Z形周期压痕管管内强化传热性能及Z形周期压痕管的三个模型参数对其传热性能的影响.结果表明:Z形周期压痕管能够有效提升管内强化传热性能,且通过进一步分析Z形周期压痕管结构参数对其强化传热性能的影响,得出Z形周期压痕管管内传热强化性能随压痕深度d的增大而增大,随倾斜角度θ及参数L的增大而减小.The models of Z-shaped period indentation tube and the reference light pipe tube were established, respectively, and CFD analysis software FLUENT was used to carry out the numerical simulation. The simulation results of the two models were comparatively analyzed, and the inner tube enhanced heat transfer performance of Z- shaped period indentation pipe and the impact of the three model parameters of Z-shaped period indentation tube on its heat transfer performance were studied. Results suggest: Z-shaped period indentation tube can effectively enhance heat transfer performance of the inner tube, and through further analysis we got the impacts of the structural parameters of Z-shaped period indentation tube on its enhanced heat transfer performance: the inner tube heat transfer enhancement performance of Z-shaped period indentation tube increased with the increase of indentation depth d, and decreased with the increase of the inclined angle θ and L.
