摘 要:系统性红斑狼疮是一种异质性自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制尚未明确,但常涉及免疫系统的紊乱。正常免疫应答的发生、调节和保持,需要所有T细胞亚群的功能处于一种平衡状态。因此,T细胞亚群分布紊乱及其不同亚群的活化和功能异常在SLE发生发展中有重要作用。而其中,其分泌的细胞因子网络的紊乱处于中心位置。本文就Th细胞相关因子在SLE中的产生及功能异常,分析它们可能的致病机制以及作为治疗靶点的可能性。Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a heterogenic autoimmune inflammatory disease. Though the pathogenesis of SLE is still incompletely deciphered, the disorder of immune is involved. The functional homeostasis of T ceil subsets is required for the occurrence, regulation and maintenance of normal immune response. Thus, the abnormal distribution, activation or function of T cell subsets play a crucial role in the development of SLE. Among them, the dysregulation of cytokines networks in the center position. In this paper, we elaborated on the abnormal secretion and functions of T helper (Th) cell associated cytokines in SLE, analyzed their potential pathogenic roles, and probed into the possibility of them being utilized as targets for therapy.
