摘  要:基于现代传感技术、计算机网络技术和通信网络技术,广州军区广州总医院建立了区域远程医疗急救物联网云平台。在该平台上,实现"远程ICU"和"移动ICU"落地,使大医院专家不受时空限制,实时为基层医疗机构急救现场提供技术支持;使危重患者在转运途中维持ICU水平的治疗,保证患者医疗安全。实践中,不断拓展"远程ICU"和"移动ICU"的应用范围,在国家及地方的各项重大任务保障、突发事件及自然灾害救援中发挥了重要作用;在部队各级卫生所、卫生队、训练场、老干部保健中成为不可或缺的医疗手段,充分发挥其平战结合、军地两用的优势。Based on technologies of modern sensing, computer network and communication network, cloud platform of Internet of Things for regional long-distance medical emergency was established in our hospital, where we can apply distance ICU and mobile ICU. Through those new patterns, experts in large hospital can afford real-time technical support for basic medical first aid behaviors on the spot without time or space limitation. At the same time, ICU-level should be maintained during the transferring process for patients with critical illness, so as to ensure the patients' medical safety. In the practice, being expanded the usage scopes continuously, distance ICU and mobile ICU have taken full advantages of combination of peacetime and wartime roles and usage for both military and local places, by playing important roles in different kinds of important tasks safeguard as well as rescues of emergency accidents and natural disasters in our country, and becoming indispensable medical methods of military health care for public health clinics at different levels, health teams, training places and elderly cadre centers.
