摘　　要：目的:探讨应用中国胸痛中心认证数据管理云平台,如何获取并维护高质量数据。方法:介绍广州军区广州总医院在应用该数据库过程中积累的经验。包括:制定规范胸痛患者诊治流程;数据填写首诊负责制;强化"没有记录就没有发生"的概念;杜绝造假;分级管理,有专人负责数据管理;定期培训;定期举办质量分析会议。结果:医院最终缩短了STEMI患者门-球时间、发病-球囊扩张时间,降低了死亡率,提高了胸痛患者救治水平。结论:做好胸痛中心数据库的管理和质量控制至关重要,必须纳入胸痛中心管理的核心环节之中。Objective： How to obtain and maintain high-quality data by using the China Chest Pain Certification Data Management Cloud Platform. Method： Introduce our hospital＇s experience in the application of the database as follows： develop a standardized process of diagnosis and treatment for the chest pain patient; fill the data follow the first diagnosis responsibility; strengthen the concept that ＂no record has not happened＂; to prevent fraud; manage the data Hierarchically, and there is a person responsible for the data management; organize the training regularly; hold the meeting to analyze the data quality regularly. Result： Finally, we shorten the STEMI patient＇s door-ball time and the onset-balloon expansion time, reduced the mortality rate, and improved the level of treatment of patients with chest pain. Conclusion： it＇s very important to manage the Chest Pain Database and control the quality well, and it must be included the core part of the Chest Pain Management.
