摘　　要：通过分析患者院前辅助就医、院中流程优化、院后持续关怀的就诊全流程,总结出传统就医流程的必需环节,借助物联网、移动互联、智能终端技术,创新性地改变和优化就医关联环节服务模式,构建基于移动在线技术的全流程医疗服务平台体系,改善患者从院前、院中到院后的全程精细化、人性化、智能化的服务体验。Based on analysis and study the whole process for patients about pre-hospital medical aid, hospital process optimization and after hospital continuing care, the necessary procedures of traditional treatment process were listed. Whole processing medical service platforms was proposed and build with the online mobile technology, which combine the mobile internet technology, the internet of things （IOT） and intelligent terminal technology. This new service mode were changed and optimized in the whole process of medical service for patients, who had fine, humane, intelligent service experience.
