采用信息技术优化入伍新训人员的信息采集

摘　　要：目的:快速采集入伍新训人员基本信息,及时快捷地为新训人员到体系医院就医提供可靠的数据支持。方法:以Powerbuilder 10.0为工具,利用二代身份证读取技术实现人员信息采集。结果:开发的新训人员信息采集程序解决了入伍新训人员因保障卡申领、制作周期长,体系医院信息采集困难的问题,提高了信息采录工作的效率和准确性,降低了医院在人力、物力和财力等方面的成本付出。结论:新训人员信息采集程序提高了信息采集效率,提升为部队的保障水平,提高了医院信息化、数字化建设水平。Objective： To achieve rapid acquisition of staff basic information on each year recruits, and to provide medical service for the troops timely and efficiently. Methods： Automatic ID card information acquisition program was developed by PowerBuilder 10.0. Results： The application of enlisted personnel security card , production cycle, difficult problem of information acquisition system of the hospital were solved by the two generation ID card reading technology, the efficiency and accuracy of these work was improved, medical cost in manpower, material and financial resources and other aspects of the pay was reduced. Conclusion： The two generation ID card reading technology offers an alternative solution for recruits medical card, the construction of digital hospital informatization level was improved, the level of support for the troops was enhanced.
