摘 要:人类社会步入21世纪,传统化石能源供应日趋紧张,而由于传统石化能源燃烧所带来的环境问题日益威胁着人类社会的可持续发展,开发清洁无污染的可再生能源成为人类可持续发展的重要议题。海洋能是众多可再生能源的一种,其蕴含着不可估量的能量,并且存在形式多种多样。海洋波浪能由于其不间断、利于获取、环境友好等特点日益受到英国、挪威、日本、美国等海洋大国的重视,这些国家均开发出了波浪能发电装置的试验与示范工作。本文对海洋中波浪能发电背景进行概述,并设计了一种新型的船舶上可装载的浮动式波浪能发电装置。该发电装置结构简单,系统稳定,在海洋能发电领域具有广阔的应用前景。Entering the twenty-first century, the supply of traditional fossil became energy shortage, and environmental problems are increasingly threatening the sustainable development of human society due to the traditional fossil combusting. Therefore, the development of clean and renewable energy becomes more and more important. Ocean energy is a kind of renewable energy which contains a huge energy and has various existing form. Ocean energy also has many advantages contained uninterrupted, easy obtain near coast, and environment friendly and be valued by the many maritime power governments such as Britain, Norway, Japan, and American. All these countries have developed the wave energy power generation device for test and demonstration work. In this paper, we have summarized the background of the wave energy power generation system, and designed a new floating type ship loaded wave energy power generation device; this wave energy power generation device has the characteristics of simple structure and durable system, and shows broad application prospects in ocean energy power generation system.
