摘　　要：通过对2012～2014年三年来湖北省潜江市棉花高产创建实施全镇推进的经验总结，介绍了在组织领导、创建责任、技术推广、媒体宣传、物资保障、订单生产、防灾减灾和考核验收等方面的强化措施，同时分析了实施效果，总结了“五结合”的经验和体会。Through the three years experience summary in promoting the whole town high yield creation cotton production in Qianjiang city of Hubei province from 2012 to 2014,The author introduced in the organization and leadership,creating re-sponsibility,technology promotion,media publicity,material support,order production,disaster prevention and reduction and examination and acceptance and so on,at the same time analysed the implementation effect,summed up the experience and experience of 5 combination.
