摘 要:通过增稠和分散技术将吸波剂C纤维加入到聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫塑料中,制备出具有吸波性能的PMI泡沫,研究了吸波PMI泡沫复合材料的力学性能和吸波效果。结果表明:PMI泡沫加入吸收剂C纤维后,在同一密度下,吸波PMI泡沫复合材料的压缩性能与普通PMI泡沫塑料保持一致,但是拉伸性能要低20%;吸波PMI泡沫复合材料的吸波效果随吸收剂C纤维含量的增加而增强,当吸收剂含量达到3%时,在8~12GHz出现最大吸收峰值,在14~15GHz间均出现吸收峰值。Through the technology of increasing viscosity and dispersing, the absorbing agent was introduced into polymethaerylimide (PMI) foam, and the PMI foam which has the absorbing properties was prepared. The mechanical properties and absorbing effect of absorbing PMI foam composite materials were studied. The results showed that, at the same density, the compressive performance of the absorbing PMI foam which added absorbent carbon fiber was as same as the normal PMI foam, but 20% lower of tensile properties. The absorbing effect of absorbing PMI foam composite materials was improved with the increase of the content of absorbent carbon fiber. When the content of absorption agent was 3%, the maximum absorption peak appeared in 8-12 GHz and the absorption peaks were between 14 GHz and 15 GHz.
