摘  要:以不同添加剂采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板疏水膜,考察了不同添加剂的加入对膜性能与结构的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、水接触角测量仪对膜的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,PMMA和甘油的加入均可以改善膜的性能,在保持TiO2膜截留率较高的基础上,通量有明显的变化,其中加入PMMA的膜的通量要比加入甘油的大。Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) hydrophobie membranes were prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method with different additives. The effect of different additives on the performance and structure of PVDF was studied. And the structure and performance of the composite membrane were investigated by SEM,wa- ter contact angle analyzer and FTIR. The results showed that after added PMMA and glycerol, the performance of the PVDF could get improvement. The flux of the PVDF membrane had apparent change on the basis of keeping the hig her with holding rate of TiOe membrane. Also the flux of joining PMMA a litter higher than joining glycerol.
