Comparison of the Microstructure and Mechanic Properties at Elevated Temperature for Cr25Ni35Nb and Cr35Ni45Nb Based Superalloys by Centrifugal Casting

摘  要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)分析手段,研究了含Nb的离心铸管Cr25Ni35Nb和Cr35Ni45系合金轴向高温短时拉伸性能及其断口形貌。结果表明,1000℃以下,Cr35Ni45Nb合金的高温短时抗拉性能优于Cr25Ni35Nb合金,随温度升高,两者抗拉和屈服强度均降低;而Cr35Ni45Nb合金的延伸率明显高于Cr25Ni35Nb合金。两种合金的微观组织为奥氏体基体、共晶碳化物和NbC。Cr25Ni35Nb合金高温短时拉伸宏观断口较平整,韧窝尺寸小且数量较少,而Cr35Ni45Nb合金高温短时拉伸断口有大而深的韧窝,反映其延展性较好。By using the analysis of SEM and TEM, the mechanic properties and microstructure of the Cr25Ni35Nb and Cr35Ni45Nb superalloy pipes by centrifugal casting at elevated temperature in short-time tensile test were investigated. The results show that the mechanic properties of Cr35Ni45Nb alloy is better than that of Cr25Ni35Nb alloy below 1000 ℃ ) the tensile and yield strength of two materials decreased with the increasing of tem- perature. The microstructure of the Cr25Ni35Nb and Cr35Ni45Nb superalloy are of austenitic as matrix, and eutectic carbides and NbC. The fracture morphology is smoother for the Cr25Ni35Nb alloy in short time tensile test, and the size of dimple is smaller. Besides that of Cr35Ni45Nb alloy is respectively larger and deeper dimples, and of good ductility.
