摘 要:通过加速时效和自然时效方式,研究了两种不同成分体系冷轧超低碳烘烤硬化钢的强度变化趋势。经过加速时效和自然时效后,超低碳烘烤硬化钢的屈服强度、屈服延伸率上升,断裂延伸率下降,抗拉强度无明显变化;硼元素的添加可以改善超低碳烘烤硬化钢的抗时效性。加速时效过程中超低碳烘烤硬化钢的屈服强度、断裂延伸率、屈服延伸率在时效初期变化较快,随后逐步趋于稳定,在变化曲线上会显现出拐点;自然时效在强度变化曲线上无拐点。The strength change trend of two different component cold-rolling ultra-low carbon bake-hardening steel(ULC-BH SteeDwas researched by accelerated and natural aging. Yield-strength, yield-point elongation was as- cented, elongation was descended, tensile strength was no changed after accelerated and nature aging. Ability of aging resistance could be improved by adding boron. With extension of accelerated aging time, yield-strength, yield-point elongation and elongation of test sample became faster in early aging stage, when aging reached a given degree, the strength change was obscure, and a knee point was represented on the strength curve. There was no knee point on the strength curve after nature aging.
