摘 要:为了弥补单体电池因电压差造成过充过放性能较弱的缺陷,同时为保护电池组,以提高其有限容量利用率,提出并设计了一种优化的基于ARM Cortex-M3电池组均衡控制算法应用系统。以EXP-LM3S811作为开发平台,实现上、下位机数据通信、荷电状态(SOC)算法、电池参数及报警功能,采用一种优化的电量复合估算方法对电池组SOC进行准确计算,并且利用Labview人机界面实时监控电池组工作状态。通过仿真和实验证明,该系统提高了均衡控制效率和精度,具有较好的电池利用率。In order to make up for the disadvantages of over-charge, over-discharge and other adverse effects caused by the voltage differences of cells, protect the batteries and improve its limited capacity utilization, a application system with optimized equalization control algorithm was proposed and designed based on ARM Cortex-M3. With EXP-LM3S811 as development platform, the data communication between up and down computer, SOC algorithm, battery parameter and alarm were realized, and an optimized SOC compound estimation algorithm was adopted to realize accurate calculation, and Labview software was used to realize real-time monitoring the operation state of batteries. The simulation and experiments show that the system improves the efficiency and precision of equalization control and has better utilization.
