摘 要:电力系统故障切除时间对概率不安全指标会产生一定影响。通过数值仿真实验,得出不同故障切除时间对应的功率注入空间动态安全域超平面之间具有近似平行性,并且其距离呈近似线性关系的经验性性质。利用该性质得出包含故障切除时间的扩展动态安全域,并依此提出概率不安全指标的简化算法。WSCC4机11节点系统上的算例表明,采用此种算法,与不考虑故障切除时间变化时相比,计算误差减小41%,计算时间仅增加2%。证明了此种方法具有一定的实用性。The fault clearing time affects the probabilistic insecurity index in power systems. Through the numerical simulation experiment, it's found that the hyperplanes of dynamic security region corresponding to different fault clearing time have the approximately parallel property, and the distance between the hyperplanes is almost linear. With the two nature, an extended dynamic security region including the fault clearing time was got, and the simplified algorithm for the probabilistic insecurity index was found. The examples of WSCC 4-machine 11-node system show that compared with the algorithm which assumes that the fault clearing time is a constant, the error of the algorithm decreases by 41%, and the calculating time increases by 2%. The result proves that the algorithm is practical.
