摘　　要：在分析体育中心赛后利用现状和市民体育健身方式的基础上,提出将体育中心打造成家庭体育游憩综合体的思路:主张从体育休闲游憩的角度,突出体育运动的娱乐性,降低准入门槛,提高大众的参与性,坚持以服务为中心快乐运动的思路.通过采取室外空间室内化、共享游憩带、乐园式等布局方法充分调动室内外空间优化组合,提供家庭成员共同参与的设施与环境,从而提高体育中心的赛后利用效率.After a study of the post use of sports centers and a research on people＇s physical exercises mode, this paper puts forward the idea of building the sports center into a family sports recreation complex. This concept highlights the recreational feature of sports activities, inviting more people to take part in physical exercises. An optimum combination of outdoor and indoor space, a shared refreshing belt and an amusement park layout can provide the facilities and environment for family members to do sports activities together. Thus improve the utilization of sports centers after sports events.
