摘 要:滑坡灾害是输气管道的危险源之一。输气管道穿越滑坡体主要有横向穿越和纵向穿越两种方式,土体的滑坡载荷易使管道失效,故对两种穿越方式的输气管道进行应力分析十分必要。对两种方式的滑坡在各个方向上的推力进行计算,并采用CAESAR II软件对穿越滑坡体的管道进行应力分析。通过应力分析研究得出:(1)两种穿越滑坡体的输气管道,在偶然滑坡载荷工况下管道应力最高,最大应力分别为365.86 MPa(横向穿越滑坡体)和337.16 MPa(纵向穿越滑坡体);(2)在横向穿越滑坡体的情况下,滑坡载荷工况下的轴向(沿管道轴向)位移较无滑坡载荷的工况小,二者的最大值相差1.22cm;(3)常规埋地管道与滑坡的交界处为输气管道的危险截面。由此,本文提出建议:在穿越滑坡体输气管道设计阶段的应力分析中,应重点对偶然滑坡载荷工况下管道的应力进行校核。Landslide disaster is one of the reasons that cause gas pipeline hazards. Gas pipelines crossing through landslide area are mainly horizontally and vertically. Pipeline loaded by soil landslide is prone to pipeline failure, so the pipeline stress analysis of the two kinds crossing patterns is necessary. To calculate landslide thrust in all directions under these two kinds of landslide pattern, the CAESAR II software is applied to carry out the stress analysis. From stress analysis, it can be concluded that, firstly, no matter which pattern does gas pipeline passing through landslide area, stress under accidental landslide load working condition is the highest, the maximum stress value can reach 365.86 MPa for pipeline horizontally crossing landslide area and 337.16 MPa for vertically crossing landslide area, respectively. Secondly, for the case of horizontally crossing landslide area, axial displacement under landslide load condition is smaller than that under the condition without landslide load. Thirdly, junction between buried pipeline and landslide crossing pipeline is the dangerous section. Finally, it can be suggested that stress analysis of gas pipeline crossing the landslide area in the design stage should mainly focus on stress of the pipeline under accidental landslide load conditions.
