摘 要:卫星遥感技术已成为海冰监测的重要技术手段之一。介绍了应用EOS系列卫星、HY-1B卫星和HJ-1A/B卫星等遥感数据提取河北省近海海域海冰分布、海冰类型、海冰厚度等海冰信息的方法。重点研究了应用HJ-1A/B卫星遥感数据进行海冰分类,及根据海冰类型与厚度的对应关系估算海冰厚度的方法,并以2013年1月17日的卫星遥感数据为例,提取海冰信息,制作相关海冰专题产品。结果表明:利用多种卫星遥感数据进行海冰监测,既可相互补充又能提高监测效率和准确率,制作更精细化的海冰监测产品,为河北海洋管理部门制定防灾减灾措施提供重要依据。Satellite remote sensing technology has become one of the important techniques for sea ice monitoring. The method of sea ice information extraction such as distribution,type and thickness over Hebei coastal zone using the EOS, HY-1B and HJ-1A/B satellite remote sensing data was introduced. In this paper sea ice classification and sea ice thickness estimation according to the corresponding relationship between sea ice type and sea ice thickness were mainly studied using HJ-1A/B satellites remote sensing data. Finally,based on the above method and the sat- ellite remote sensing data on 17 th January, 2013, the sea ice information was extracted and the related thematic product was produced. The result showed that using a variety of satellite remote sensing data for sea ice monitoring can not only complement each other but also improve the monitoring efficiency and accuracy, which generate more refined sea ice monitoring products. This study provides important information for the Hebei marine administrative departments to make measurements for sea ice disaster prevention and mitigation.
