摘　　要：全球纤维复合材料（FRP）的销售额约为9.52×10^8日元,其中CFRP的贡献率将逐年增大。CFRP的蒸汽模压技术和设备使运行费降至20%~33%,生产效率提高2~3倍。低密度SMC及其添加剂由Ca CO3改为Si O2和陶瓷中空粉体,扩大了应用领域。CFRP在汽车、飞机、新能源、港湾设备和新应用领域如粒子加速器、清海艇、救护艇、电视转播塔天线壳体等的应用,扩大了碳纤维需求量,东丽计划将ZOLTEK的大丝束PAN-CF总产能由2015年的1.05×104 t/a,各扩大至2016和2020年的1.55×10^4 t/a和3×10^4 t/a。三菱丽阳将新建一条4 000 t/a小丝束PAN-CF生产线,并在美欧子公司配套建设PAN原丝厂。赫氏投资2.5×10^8美元,在法国建设7 000 t/a PAN-CF及配套PAN原丝厂,2018年投产。Total Sales of world＇s FRP were 9.52 X 108 Japanese Yuan, in which the contribution of CFRP will increase annually. The running costs will reduce to 20%~33% by using vapor molding technology and equip- ment, the production efficiency will double or triple. The application fields became broader by using low densi- ty SMC and its additives changed from CaCO3 to glass powder and ceramic hollow powder. The using of CFRP in auto motives, air planes, new energies, port equipment and new application fields like particles accelerators pipe, mine clearance boats, rescue boats and antenna shells of TV relaying tower, which will increase the need of carbon fiber. The total capacities of large tow PAN-CF for ZOLTEK will increase from 1.05 ×10^4 t/a in 2015 to 1.55 ×10^4and 3 ×10^4 t/a in 2016 and 2020 respectively according the plan of Toray. While 4 000 t/a of new small tow PAN-CF production line be built by Mitsubishi Rayon, and the serialized PAN precursor production line will also be built in subsidiary companies both in Europe and USA in 2018.
