摘  要:对25个系列赣无油茶品种嫁接苗木的质量进行比较研究,结果表明:赣无油茶品种的嫁接苗木间形态生长性状差异明显,品种间的地下部分生物量的变异幅度明显大于地上部分形态生长的;根干重、根鲜重、根茎比(干、湿)及分枝数的变化幅度较大,地上部分除分枝数外,变异系数均在10%左右,各生长性状指标相关性显著。在苗木质量评价指标中,鲜重、干重、叶与根干重、根鲜重、根茎比、根占全重比及地径占据决定地位。利用因子分析法、主成分值及回归法分析得出赣无油茶25个品种嫁接苗木质量的优劣顺序。Based on the compared research of seedling quality of 25 Camellia oleifera clone series, the results showed that there is significant difference among the different C. oleifera clones for its morphological and growth indicators. Different clones nursery's variation range of biomass of stock plant aerial portion was obvious larger than that of nursery under ground portion;The fresh and dry root weights, the ratio of the root and stalk (dry, wet) and branching number were more large; The coefficient of variation of nursery under ground portion except the number of branching was average at around 10%, the growth character index was significantly related. Fresh weight dry weight, leaf and root dry weight, root fresh weight, the ratio of the root and stalk, the root of total weight percentage and ground diameter under the seedling quality evaluation index. Using factor analysis, principal component values and regression method, the order of the grafted seedling quality of 25 C. oleifera clones can be drown.
