摘 要:为了解决玉米开沟播种时对土壤扰动大、投种高度大及开沟器易被田间杂物缠绕的问题,设计了一种鸭嘴式玉米播种装置.该装置主要由成穴铲、排种器、鸭嘴组成,三者协调工作,实现精量播种;对排种器、鸭嘴、成穴铲三者间关键结构和工作参数进行了分析,运用ADAMS软件对点播装置进行运动学仿真,并进行了相关田间试验.试验结果表明:所形成的穴孔形状合理,漏播率为1.1%,重播率为10.1%,该装置能够满足玉米播种要求.In order to solve the problems of big soil disturbance, high seed dropping and straw winding of furrow openers in corn seeding, a duckbill-style corn planting device was designed and developed in this study. The system consisted of a spade punch device, a seeding apparatus and a duckbill switch, the coordinated operation of which ensured precision seeding. Parameter optimization was performed for operating mode and structure of the three parts, ADAMS was used to make kinematics simulation, and a field experiment was conducted to demonstrate the performance of the device. Experimental results showed that the shape of holes was regular, and the missing rate and the overlapping rate were 1.1 % and 10. 1 %, respectively, which met the needs of corn planting.
