摘  要:为研究粗集料类型对其在混凝土内部空间分布特征的影响,利用数字图像处理技术对混凝土随机截面进行处理,以级配分析为图像检测手段,从形态学和统计学两方面对三种粗集料的分布特性进行对比分析。研究表明:图像检测计算得到的级配曲线与实际的级配曲线误差不超过5.72%,较完整地保留了原始图像的基本信息;卵石在形态学上最接近圆形,破碎卵石受长尖角影响而外形尖锐,碎石居于两者之间,且三种粗集料整体分布比较均匀;从统计学角度看,碎石、破碎卵石和卵石的平均紧密程度呈递减趋势,碎石的分布挤嵌程度最趋紧密,但受两端极值影响,波动比较大,卵石的分布相对更趋分散。To investigate the spatial distribution characteristics of internal coarse aggregate with different grain shape in concrete, the random horizontal cross-section of the concrete specimen was processed by the digital image processing technology. Thus distribution characteristics of three types of coarse aggregates were analyzed based on morphological and statistical study, with gradation analysis as a means of image detection. Results showed that, the error between the calculated grading curve and the designed one does not exceed 5.72%, indicating the basic information of original image remained. From the morphological perspective, the pebbles are almost round, while the crushed gravels are relatively sharp and majority of gravels are in between. Three coarse aggregates are evenly distributed overall. From a statistical perspective, the close (packing) degree of gravels, crushed gravels and pebbles on average showed a decreasing trend. The gravels contact and inlaid to the closest extent, but the volatility is relatively large due to the influence of extreme values at both ends, while the pebbles are relatively well dispersed.
