内蒙古磴口县地名的语言文化探究

摘　　要：地名是标志地域方位的符号,是地域文化的载体。内蒙古磴口县地名独特的语言特征蕴含着丰富的文化意蕴,值得探究。磴口县地名的语言文化探究从命名理据、语言特征和文化内涵三方面展开。其地名命名理据的地域性和语言用字的独特性展示了磴口县的移民文化、宗教文化和经济文化。磴口县地名语言是折射磴口县文化的一面"镜子",人们可以通过地名的语言研究洞悉语言背后的深厚文化。磴口县的语言文化研究具有极高的语言学价值和历史地理学价值。Geographic names are a sign of marking geographical locations as well as a carrier of local culture. The special di-alect in Dengkou County of Inner Mongolia is worthy of research as it carries rich cultural connotation. The study can be conduc-ted from three aspects, namely reason for the naming, language features and cultural connotation. The regionalism in the naming reason and the peculiarity in wording demonstrates the cultures of immigration, religion and economy of the county. The culture of the county is“mirrored” by the language of Dengkou County, through which people can perceive into the profound culture behind it. The study of language culture of Dengkou County is accordingly endowed with high values in linguistics and history and geogra-phy.
