端面冒落高度可控影响因素多元线性回归分析  被引量:2

摘  要:为研究采高、端面距、推进速度等可控因素对端面顶板冒落高度的影响,采用正交试验法设计了9个数值计算模型,运用UDEC模拟软件计算了各可控因素变化时端面顶板的冒落高度,应用SPSS统计软件对各参数进行多元线性回归分析,得出端面顶板冒落高度的多元线性回归方程。回归系数的检验结果表明其回归方程相关性显著;分析结果表明:影响端面冒落高度最主要的因素是端面距,端面距每增加1 m,冒落高度增加0.688 m;其次为采高,采高每增加1 m,冒落高度增加0.1 m;端面冒落高度随着推进速度、支架初撑力的增大而减小,但其影响系数小于0.1。For studying the influence of controllable factors , such as mining height , tip-to-face distance , advance speed etc , on falling height of the roof in face area , this paper designed 9 simulation numerical mod-els by the orthogonal test , calculated the falling height when controllable influence factors changed by UDEC , analyzed multiple linear regression of several parameters by SPSS , abstained multiple linear regression equa-tion of falling height of the roof in face area , the test results of regression coefficient show that is significant re-lation.The result show that tip -to-face distance is mainly Influence factor , the value increased 1 m, falling height increased 0.688 m;mining height is secondly factor , the value increased 1 m, falling height increased 0.1 m;falling height is decreasing with the increasing of advance speed and the support resistance , but its in-fluence coefficient is less than 0.1.
