摘　　要：徽州地方志中通常专开物产一门,详述徽州地区物产。通过统计分析,可以看出徽州地区的物产资源具有极大的多样性和丰富性。随着时代的发展,徽州方志中物产记载发生变化,物产种类有扩充也有删改,物产名称经历了俗化的过程,逐渐与现在的称谓靠近,对物产的考证与注释也日益丰富。随着新物种的引种和推广、对物产优劣及农业技术的经验总结及对不经记载的更正,徽州地区的发展与嬗变从一个侧面体现出来。徽州物产变迁过程是探究徽州农业发展的重要线索,也为了解古人认识自然的水平提供了重要参考。The Local Chronicles of Huizhou made some records for the products made in Huizhou .Through statistical analysis , we can understand the products made in Huizhou are of diversity and richness .With the development of the times , the records of the local chronicles of Huizhou has changed a lot .The name of the product has experienced a secularization process There are a lot of comments on the products made in Huizhou .With the introduction and popularization of new species of products , the advantages and disadvantages of the products have been emerged and there are many inaccurate records .The changes of products made in Huizhou is an important clue to study the development of agriculture in Huizhou .
