环保型体系凝胶注模成型陶瓷材料的研究进展

摘　　要：凝胶注模成型工艺是将传统的陶瓷粉体成型工艺与化学反应相结合的一种新型成型工艺,为高性能、复杂形状的陶瓷材料的制备提供了新途径。综述了环保型大分子体系的凝胶注模成型陶瓷材料工艺的最新研究进展,介绍了凝胶注模成型工艺流程、环保型凝胶注模体系的种类及成型机理,并展望了环保型大分子体系在凝胶注模成型陶瓷材料中的发展趋势。Gelcasting process is a new type of molding process which combines traditional ceramics powder molding process with chemical reaction.It provides a new route to produce ceramics with high performances and com-plex shapes.Previous research advances on the gelcasting ceramics with environment friendly system are reviewed, and technological process,classification and molding mechanism of environment friendly system are also presented. The development tendency of environment friendly gel in the gelcasting ceramics is pointed out.
