天麻素联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的疗效及对血脂和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨天麻素联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕症疗效及对患者血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法 90例符合纳入标准的眩晕症患者按治疗方案分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予天麻素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用倍他司汀治疗。观察比较2组临床疗效、血脂及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组血脂指标TC、TG和LDL-C明显下降(P均<0.05),HDL-C组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血液流变学方面,观察组红细胞压积、全血黏度及红细胞聚集指数指标均较对照组均明显下降(P均<0.05)。结论天麻素联合倍他司汀是眩晕症的有效治疗方案,可以显著提高治疗有效率,并有效改善血脂及血液流变学变化,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of of Tianmasu injection in combination with betahistine and its effects on serum lipid and hemorheology in patients with vertigo .Methods 90 cases with vertigo meeting the inclusion critera were divided into two groups according to treatment options .Besides conventional treatment ,the control group was treated with Tianmasu injection and the observation group was treated with Tianmasu injection and betahistine .Then the curative effi‐cacy ,serum lipid and hemorheological parameters were observed and compared .Results The total effective rate in the obser‐vation group was 93 .3% ,which was significantly higher than 77 .8% in the control group （P〈0 .05） .In comparison to the control group ,the serum lipid indices of TC ,TG and LDL‐C in the observation group were statistically lower （P〈 0 .05） , while HDL‐C showed no difference in two groups （P〉0 .05） .As to hemorheological parameters ：hematocrit ,whole blood vis‐cosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the observation group were statistically lower than those in the control group after the treatment （P〈0 .05）.Conclusion Combination treatment of Tianmasu injection and batahistine for patients with vertigo is effective ,which can significantly increase the therapeutic efficiency and improve serum lipid indices and hemorheological param‐eters .And it＆#39;s worthy of further study .
