摘　　要：以液化石油气卧式储罐为例,对影响确定安全阀整定压力的相关压力进行了分析,认为确定安全阀整定压力不仅需要考虑容器的工作压力、设计压力以及超压限度,而且尚需考虑安全阀的整定压力允许偏差、排放压力以及密封试验压力,总体上既要满足pw<pz≤p,细节上又要满足pf≤p+Δp,并且有必要考虑pt>pw,以保证安全阀安全排放后的密封性能。建议相关规程标准应合理完善相关压力之间的关系。Take liquefied petroleum gas horizontal tanks as an example, analyzing the pertinent pressure which has an influence on the safety valve set pressure determination, it is concluded that not only the vessel operating pressure, design pressure and overpressure limit need to be considered, but also allowable deviation, relieving pressure and seal test pressure of the safety valve set pressure. To ensure the safety valve sealing performance, Pw〈P2≤P as a whole, pt≤p＋△p on details, and Pt 〉 Pw, all above conditions should be met. There is a suggestion that the relationship between the pertinent pressures should be improved rationally in the pertinent regulations and standards.
