摘  要:成年健康家兔26只,雌雄各半,单侧后肢用石膏管型固定六周.去固定后分四组.废用组兔胫骨皮质出现骨质疏松,骨胶原受累,暴露了骨单位的轮廓.去固定后四周,骨皮质代谢活跃,积极重建;在此基础上兔接受低强慢跑八周,骨髓腔壁有一厚层纤维骨板及类骨质,骨小梁数量少,线应变值未恢复.成年兔胫骨在体力活动影响下,以骨内膜成骨为主要方式.After 6 weeks unilateral hind-li-mb fixation with plaster cast,26 adultrabbits were divided into 4 groups i.e.group one,fixed for 6 weeks;grouptwo,fixed for 6 weeks and defixationfor 4 weeks;group three,fixed for6 weeks and defixation for 8 weeks;and group four,fixed for 6 weeks andlow-intensity run for 8 weeks.Osteop-orosis of tibial cortical bone,whichwas shown as destruction of collage-nous fibers and matrix and exposureof stepladder-like or tower-like ost-eons,was observed in grope one.Aft-er 4 week defixation,bone tissue reconstructed actively.In group four,a thick layer of fibro-endosteal oste-oid was observed with few trabeculae.Torsional properties of the tibiaewere measured.The study also sho-wed that endosteal ossification mightbe primary recovery for osteoporosisof adult animals under physical loa-ding.
