摘　　要：铁皮石斛是名贵中药,由于过度开采其野生资源已十分稀少.现今铁皮石斛的快繁技术已趋于成熟,但移栽难度较大.几乎所有兰科植物都与真菌有共生关系,在兰科植物的生长过程中,共生真菌有极其重要的作用.研究铁皮石斛与真菌的共生关系及其共生菌的种类,有利于提高试管苗的移栽成活率.本文综述了铁皮石斛共生真菌的种类和特点,阐述了内生共生菌对铁皮石斛生长的影响和机理.Dendrobium candidum is one of the rare Chinese herbals which are in danger because of the over picking. Nowadays the technology of artificial propagation is mature, but it＇ s hard to be alive after transplanting from the aseptic environment. Almost all the orchidaeeae and endophytic fungi are symbiotic relationship, which plays an important role in the process of orchidaceae growing. Knowing more about the symbiotic relationship and the endophytic fungi species is better for the survival of transplanting. The paper reviewed the species and their characteristic of endophytic fungi on Dendrobium, and expounded effect of endophytic fungi on the growth and its mechanism of Dendrobium.
