摘　　要：基于国网冀北电力有限公司供应链管理实践,探讨研究如何通过科学、合理分析电网物资需求的频度、规模、分类等因素,提高电网企业供应链运作效率,降低企业运营成本,并以实际效果说明方法可行。In this paper, on the basis of the supply chain management practice of the State Grid Jibei Electricity Co., Ltd., we discussed the measures to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain of the power grid companies and reduce their operational cost, and at the end, illustrated the feasibility of the method through an empirical case.
