摘　　要：针对厦门港发展中存在的周边港口竞争激烈、腹地资源不足、交通集疏运条件不够完善和港口物流人才匮乏等不足,提出发展港口之间的分工合作、加强港口基础设施建设、改善集疏运系统以及多途径培养港口物流人才等对策,以提升厦门港的竞争力。In this paper, in view of the problems surrounding the development of the Xiamen Port, we proposed a series of suggestions such as division of labor between associate ports, reinforcement of the port infrastructure, improvement of the collection and distribution system and cultivation of port logistics talents through multiple paths, etc., to improve the eompetitivity of the port.
