摘　　要：结合钢铁企业汽运自身发展状况以及未来的发展趋势,建立了钢铁企业汽运联盟伙伴选择的评价指标,并采用改进后的半结构化模糊决策模型对伙伴进行选择。最后结合实际案例,证明了采用所构建模型进行伙伴选择的有效性。In this paper, in connection with the current development status of the roadway transportation system of the steel-making enterprises and its future trend, we built the evaluation index system in the selection of roadway transportation allies by the steel-making enterprises, then applied the improved semi- structural fuzzy decision- making model to the selection of the allies, and at the end, in connection with an empirical case, demonstrated the validity of the model established.
