摘　　要：针对如何利用物流资源形成的竞争力来推动经济增长问题,从物流外包服务业竞争力的评价角度切入研究,建立基于GEM模型的评价体系,基于灰色关联算法,确定指标的关联度及权重,结合熵权法对指标进行归一化处理,最后通过对GEM模型的量化处理,以黑龙江省物流服务外包产业为例进行实证分析,得出评价结果,从理论研究方法上进一步探究,实现对物流外包服务业竞争力的精准评价。In this paper, in view of the problem as to how to propei the economic growth through the competitivity formed in the exploitation of the logistics resources, we built the competitivity evaluation system based on the＇GEM model, then on the basis of the grey correlation algorithm, determined the correlativity and weight of the indexes, normalized the indexes using the entropy weighting process and at the end, by quantifying the GEM model, had an empirical analysis of the logistics service outsoureing industry of Heilongjiang.
