摘　　要：基于维纳布尔斯的垂直联系模型,以物流业与传统制造业产业聚集为切入点,将交易成本和地区城市化水平因素纳入对物流业与制造业产业聚集的影响考察范围,结合实证研究得到物流业与制造业产业聚集双向影响不对称、产业聚集双向影响效应受交易成本和城市化水平综合影响的结论。In this paper, based on the vertical contact model proposed by Venables and starting with the conglomeration of the logistics industry and the traditional manufacture industry, we included the transaction cost and regional urbanization level into the observation of the t influence of the conglomeration of the logistics and manufacture industries and then in connection with an empirical study, obtained some pertinent conclusions.
