摘 要:将重力放大的杠杆加载方式是应用广泛的、获得较大力值且准确的最有效途径之一。提出了采用杠杆加载方式中,两级载荷之间避免不希望的"逆负荷"现象的新方法,在实现力值级数增多的前提下,大大减少重力砝码的数量,且显著提高工作效率。该方法是在施加某级载荷时运用平推夹紧原理,在正确位置将承担重力砝码的吊挂杆夹持住,使获得需要载荷的重力砝码的行为虽然仍作用于吊挂杆上,但不影响机器的输出载荷。在建立该方法的杠杆加载方式力学模型基础上,进行了误差分析,论证了新方法的正确性、有效性,并通过试验证明了该方法的实用性。Lever loading which can amplify the gravity loading is used widely and is one of the most effective ways to obtain large and accurate force value. A new method for avoiding inverse load phenomenon between two levels of load in lever loading is proposed in this paper, which can greatly reduce the number of weights under the premise of increasing the force value series, and can significantly improve the working efficiency. This method, using horizontal sliding clamping device to clamp the hanging rod at reasonable location in front of applying some level of load, is used to ensure that the behavior of the load weight is on the hanging rod, but has no effect on the output load of the machine. Based on the mechanical model, the error is analyzed, and it is dem- onstrated that the new method is accurate and effective. The experimental results show that the method is practical.
