摘 要:针对传统近海藻类监测的局限性,提出了一种新的藻类监测方法。利用440nm的激光器作为激发光源,得到波长为680nm左右的藻类荧光图像。通过DM642图像处理系统,对藻类发出的荧光图像进行处理,以发出的荧光强度图像的灰度值大小来表征水中藻类的浓度,帮助解决海藻爆发的预测工作。试验数据分析结果表明,系统设计合理实用,藻类浓度与荧光图像的灰度值成明显线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9832。Aiming at the limitations of traditional algae monitoring in coastal water, a new method for algae monitoring is presented in this paper. The 440nm fluorescence is used as the excitation source, and a wavelength of about 680nm algae fluorescence image can be obtained. The image processing system based on DM642 is used to process the fluorescence image emitted by algae. The gray value of the fluorescence image is used to token the algae concentration in the water, which helps to forecast the algae blooms. The experimental results of data analysis indicate that the system design is convenient and practical. The algae concentration bears obvious linear rela- tionship to the gray value of fluorescence image, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9832.
