鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将84例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组(采用克拉霉素治疗)和观察组(采用鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素治疗),各42例。治疗12周后,根据Lund-Mackay鼻窦CT评分系统评分,比较两组患者的鼻窦CT评分疗效、主观疗效、不良反应及鼻黏膜组织中嗜酸性粒细胞数量。结果治疗后,观察组鼻窦CT评分为(2.8±0.6)分,明显低于对照组的(4.4±0.5)分;观察组的总有效率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组的主观总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的73.81%(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应;观察组鼻黏膜组织中嗜酸性粒细胞数量为(5.1±1.7)个,明显低于对照组的(10.7±3.5)个(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素能明显提高慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid combined with clarithromycin in treating patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods Totally 84 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the control group （clarithromycin） and the observation group（Biyuanshu Oral Liquid combined with clarithromycin）,42 cases in each group. After 12-week treatment,the sinus CT scoring efficacy according to the Lund-Mackay sinus CT scoring system in the two groups were evaluated,the subjective efficacy and adverse reactions and the number of eosinophils in the nasal mucosa tissues in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the sinus CT scores of the observation group was subjectivity in（2. 8 ± 0. 6）,which was significantly lower than（4. 4 ± 0. 5）of the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 48%,which was significantly higher than 66. 67% of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;the total efficacy rate of subjectivity in the observation group was 92. 86%,which was significantly higher than 73. 81% in the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;there were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period in the two groups;the reduction of the number of eosinophils in the nasal mucosa tissues of the observation group was （5. 1 ± 1. 7）, which was significantly lower than （10. 7 ± 3. 5）of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Biyuanshu Oral Liquid combined with clarithromycin can significantly increase the clinical efficacy for patients with chronic sinusitis with higher safety,and is worth of clinical promotion.
