摘　　要：目的探讨氨甲苯酸注射液对子宫切除术中出血的临床疗效及术中配合。方法将248例择期行经腹子宫切除患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各124例。两组患者术前均给予缩宫素预防出血,观察组加用氨甲苯酸注射液术中持续滴注。结果观察组患者术中出血量显著小于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者手术时间无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者术后72 h凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)等指标均无明显异常,与治疗前相比差异不明显(P>0.05);术后,观察组患者血红蛋白水平较对照组有所升高,但组间无明显差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者平均住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05);两组患者药品不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论氨甲苯酸注射液应用于经腹子宫切除术止血治疗过程安全、有效,适宜的术中配合是保证手术顺利进行的重要一环。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amino acid injection used in the hysterectomy and intraoperative cooperation during the operation. Methods Totally 248 patients who were scheduled for accepting transabdominal hysterectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,124 cases in each group. Before operation,the two groups were given oxytocin to prevent hemorrhage,the observation group was added amino acid injection and continuous infusion during the operation. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）,while the operation time of the two groups had no significantly difference（ P ﹥ 0. 05）;72 h after operation,the FIB,APTT and PT in the two groups had no significantly difference compared with before treatment（ P ﹥ 0. 05）;the hemoglobin concentration after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference had no statistical significance（ P ﹥ 0. 05）;the average hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of the adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups（ P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion Amino acid injection used in the treatment of hemostasis in patients with abdominal hysterectomy has good safety and effect,and the appropriate intraoperative cooperation can guaranty the smooth operation.
