摘　　要：目的探讨黄龙止咳颗粒对喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将90例喘息型支气管炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。两组均给予常规治疗;对照组患者加用头孢哌酮钠、盐酸氨溴索、沙丁胺醇,必要时联合布地奈德;治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用黄龙止咳颗粒。均以5 d为1个疗程,治疗2疗程。结果治疗后,治疗组临床症状评分降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状、体征消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,Ig M,Ig A,Ig G升高幅度与CD8+和Ig E降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论常规治疗联合黄龙止咳颗粒治疗喘息型支气管炎疗效好,能有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,提高机体免疫功能,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huanglongzhike Granules in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Totally 90 patients with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,45 patients in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was added cefoperazone sodium,ambroxol,salbutamol,and combined with budesonide if necessary. The treatment group was added Huanglongzhike Granules on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 5 d,and the two groups were treated for 2 courses. Results After treatment,the clinical score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;the time of clinical symptoms and signs,hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）,the CD4 ^＋,CD4^ ＋ /CD8 ^＋,IgM,IgA,IgG of the treatment group were significantly increased and CD8 ＋,IgE significantly reduced,the improvement degrees were greater than those of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;there was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with Huanglongzhike Granules in treating asthmatic bronchitis has obvious effects,can improve the clinical symptom and sign,enhance immunity function,has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
