妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎60例疗效观察及护理要点

摘　　要：目的观察加用妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎的临床疗效并总结护理要点。方法选取医院收治的子宫内膜炎患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。两组患者均给予抗感染治疗+人工周期配合阴道冲洗法,观察组患者在此基础上加用妇科千金片治疗,1个疗程为7 d,两组患者均治疗3个疗程,同时给予相应护理措施。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著优于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);两组患者子宫内膜厚度均有所增厚、行经时间显著缩短,且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者盆腔区隐痛、经期下腹坠胀、分泌物异常消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应均较轻,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加用妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎疗效显著,可有效改善各项临床症状,且无明显不良反应发生,再配合适当护理方案,能促进患者规律治疗、保障疗效发挥,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fukeqianjin Tablets in treating endometritis and its nursing points. Methods Totally 120 patients with endometritis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The two groups were given the treatment of anti-infection and artificial cycle with vaginal douching,on this basis,the observation group was added Fukeqianjin tablet. The course of treatment was 7 d,and the two groups were treated for 3 courses. The corresponding nursing measures were taken at the same time. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93. 33%, which was significantly higher than 83. 33% in the control group （ P ﹤ 0. 05）;after treatment,the endometrial thickness and passing time of the two groups were significantly improved than before,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;the pelvic area pain,menstrual abdominal bulge,abnormal secretions disappearance time in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of the adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups（ P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion Adding Fukeqianjin Tablets in treating endometriosis has significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and has no significant adverse reactions,and is worth of clinical promotion.
