口腔炎喷雾剂治疗小儿口腔炎49例及综合护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨加用口腔炎喷雾剂治疗小儿口腔炎的临床疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择医院收治的口腔炎患儿98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患儿采用常规对症治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用口腔炎喷雾剂,两组患儿均给予综合护理干预。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05);观察组退热、开始进食和口腔溃疡消退时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者外周血炎性因子水平均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组患儿均未发生严重不良反应。结论加用口腔炎喷雾剂治疗小儿口腔炎能提高临床疗效,缩短溃疡愈合时间,改善炎症情况,且不良反应少;适当的综合护理干预能提高患儿依从性,帮助患儿更快康复,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Stomatitis Sprays in treating children stomatitis and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods 98 cases of children stomatitis were randomly divided in to the observation group and the control group, 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group was treated with Stomatitis Sprays on the basis of the control group,two groups were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 92%,which was significantly higher than 83. 67% of the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;the cooling time,begin feeding time and oral ulcer regression time of the observation group was significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P ﹤ 0. 05）;the inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were significantly decreased and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;in the course of treatment,the two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Adding Stomatitis Sprays in the treatment of children stomatitis can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the healing time of ulcer,improve the inflammation,has fewer adverse reactions and good safety;appropriate comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of children,help children recover more quickly,and is worth of clinical promotion.
