摘　　要：目的探讨Nuss手术矫治漏斗胸的效果及总结经验。方法 2009年1月-2013年12月,采用Nuss手术矫治漏斗胸82例,男63例,女19例,年龄13-25岁,（18.5±2.1）岁,根据Park分型,对称型62例（75.6%）,非对称型20例（24.4%）。术前胸廓CT测量Haller指数3.20-5.54,3.92±0.55。根据术后Haller指数及曾骐的评价标准评估手术效果。结果均顺利完成手术,手术时间（105.2±49.1）min,术中出血（15.7±12.3）ml,术后住院时间（3.5±0.7）d。术后1个月胸廓CT测量Haller指数2.55-3.22,2.99±0.18。术后1个月疗效评价：优75例（91.5%）,良7例（8.5%）,无中、差病例。术后2-3年取出内固定20例,继续随访2-12个月,平均8个月,胸片提示无胸骨凹陷复发。结论 Nuss手术矫治漏斗胸创伤小,效果良好。Objective To evaluate results of Nuss procedure and discuss the clinical experience. Methods From January2009 to December 2013,82 patients（ male 63,female 19） with pectus excavatum who underwent Nuss procedure were reviewed retrospectively. Their age ranged from 13 to 25 years old（ mean,18. 5 ± 2. 1 years old）. According to the Park typing,of the 82 cases,62（ 75. 6%） had symmetic and 20（ 24. 4%） had asymmetric pectus excavatum. The mean preoperative Hailer index measured by CT scanning was 3. 92 ± 0. 55,ranged from 3. 20 to 5. 54. Results The operations in all the patients were performed successfully. The operation time was（ 105. 2 ± 49. 1） min,and hemorrhage during operation was（ 15. 7 ± 12. 3） ml. The time of hospitalization after operation was（ 3. 5 ± 0. 7） days. The mean postoperative Haller index at 1 month after operation was 2. 99 ± 0. 18（ ranged from 2. 55 to 3. 22）. Postoperative evaluation was＂excellent＂in 75 cases（ 91. 5%）,＂good＂in 7 cases（ 8. 5%）,with no＂fair＂or＂poor＂cases. The internal fixation was removed at 2- 3 years after operation in 20 cases. Further follow-ups for 2- 12months（ mean,8 months） showed no koilosternia under X-ray examination. Conclusion The Nuss procedure for the correction of pectus excavatum has good effects with advantages such as little trauma.
